Please read the information and follow the instructions. Apply for visas now! do not wait until April as that will most likely be too late! So pass the information on to you club leaders for action. Blessings PKJ \nTo book a visa appointment\, please follow these steps: \nVisit the registration website: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl and select your preferred language (top right corner).\nChoose your country and location for the appointment: United Kingdom – London (all passport types; legal matters; citizenship matters; visa matters).\nFrom the menu on the left\, select the type of visa you are applying for: National or Schengen.\nAccept the general rules for submitting your application.\nChoose the service that matches your purpose of travel and fill in a preliminary visa application. You should book a separate appointment for each applicant selecting “Schengen visa- Conference\, Sport” Please ensure your application details match those in your documents. Incorrectly registered applications will be removed from the system.\nYou’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your preliminary application. Be sure to confirm it within 48 hours.\nComplete your full visa application within 48 hours of confirmation\, or your booking will be cancelled and data deleted from the system.\nIf there are more applications than available appointment slots\, dates will be assigned randomly via electronic booking\, twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays).\nOnce your appointment is booked\, you will receive an email with the date. Applications not selected will remain in the system for future draws.\nImportant reminders: \nThe details you enter must match your documents exactly.\nYou must submit your visa application no earlier than 6 months and no later than 15 days before your planned trip. If these deadlines are not met\, your application may not be accepted.\nRegistration is free of charge.\nThe only Visa Department of the Polish Embassy in the UK is located in London. Please be informed that we do not accept applications sent by post. \n \nThe list of required documents is as follows (only hard copies will be accepted): \n \n– a document confirming the applicant’s status in the UK\, such as a letter issued by their employer\, their latest payslip; for self-employed individuals\, a letter issued by their accountant or the most recent tax return etc.\, \n– proof of the applicant’s accommodation during their stay in Poland: a hotel booking or a letter of invitation issued by their host in Poland + copy of the host’s document (their passport or a Polish ID card); the proof of the accommodation should contain full address of the accommodation including a Polish phone number; \n– a document confirming the purpose of the applicant’s journey to Poland\, e.g. a letter of invitation for a business meeting/a medical treatment/art performance/sport event\, a letter of invitation issued by their host\, flight tickets for the transit visa etc.; \n– the applicant’s recent bank statements (and/or credit card statements)– for the last three months (issued in British Pound\, Polish Zloty\, American Dollars or EUR); \n– a certificate of medical travel insurance (valid for all countries across the EU and medical expenses for at least 30.000 EUR); \n– proof of reserved return ticket to the UK or proof of onward travel (if not returning to the UK) \n– a 3.5 x 4.5 cm colour photo; the photo must be: sharp\, taken against white background and printed on a quality paper newer than 6 months; \n– the applicant’s current passport issued within last ten years\, valid for at least three months from the expected return date\, with at least two blank pages for visas; \n– a registered and printed visa application form; \n– the applicant’s residence permit in the UK valid for at least one month from the visa expiry date. SUMMARY:TED PATHFINDER CAMPOREE 2019
DESCRIPTION:30 July – 6 August 2019 \nTaking place at the largest showground in the heart of the Sussex countryside\, the next Trans-European Division Camporee is expected to be the largest ever! With more than 4000 people anticipated on site\, planning has begun in earnest to make this a fabulous event for Pathfinders from all countries around the Division. \nThe camporee will feature all the regular events and activities\, including Market Day\, a community project\, crafts\, honour activities\, sports\, pioneering pole structures\, a whole-camp activity for the day\, etc. Worship times will take place in a massive barn with plenty of room for everyone. The speaker(s) will be announced as soon as we can and we hope that the worship gatherings will be as interactive and immersive as possible. There will also be a chance to express your commitment through baptism on Sabbath. \nThe venue is the largest showground in the South of England and there are 150 acres for our exclusive use at the camporee! Well-known for its farming links and agriculture and pet shows\, expect to see some furry friends when you arrive at camp. With the British summer reknowned around Europe for being ‘unpredictable’ be reassured that the site has plenty of indoor spaces should they be needed! It is conveniently located 15 minutes away from Gatwick international airport\, is not far from the main M23 motorway and is just 1.5 hours from London.
