Hello Everyone,I have just received some information which will help those who need visas to go to Poland. Please read the information and follow the instructions. Apply for visas now! do not wait until April as that will most likely be too late! So pass the information on to you club leaders for action. Blessings PKJ

To book a visa appointment, please follow these steps:

Visit the registration website: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl and select your preferred language (top right corner).
Choose your country and location for the appointment: United Kingdom – London (all passport types; legal matters; citizenship matters; visa matters).
From the menu on the left, select the type of visa you are applying for: National or Schengen.
Accept the general rules for submitting your application.
Choose the service that matches your purpose of travel and fill in a preliminary visa application. You should book a separate appointment for each applicant selecting “Schengen visa- Conference, Sport” Please ensure your application details match those in your documents. Incorrectly registered applications will be removed from the system.
You’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your preliminary application. Be sure to confirm it within 48 hours.
Complete your full visa application within 48 hours of confirmation, or your booking will be cancelled and data deleted from the system.
If there are more applications than available appointment slots, dates will be assigned randomly via electronic booking, twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays).
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email with the date. Applications not selected will remain in the system for future draws.
Important reminders:

The details you enter must match your documents exactly.
You must submit your visa application no earlier than 6 months and no later than 15 days before your planned trip. If these deadlines are not met, your application may not be accepted.
Registration is free of charge.
The only Visa Department of the Polish Embassy in the UK is located in London. Please be informed that we do not accept applications sent by post.

 

The list of required documents is as follows (only hard copies will be accepted):

 

– a document confirming the applicant’s status in the UK, such as a letter issued by their employer, their latest payslip; for self-employed individuals, a letter issued by their accountant or the most recent tax return etc.,

– proof of the applicant’s accommodation during their stay in Poland: a hotel booking or a letter of invitation issued by their host in Poland + copy of the host’s document (their passport or a Polish ID card); the proof of the accommodation should contain full address of the accommodation including a Polish phone number;

– a document confirming the purpose of the applicant’s journey to Poland, e.g. a letter of invitation for a business meeting/a medical treatment/art performance/sport event, a letter of invitation issued by their host, flight tickets for the transit visa etc.;

– the applicant’s recent bank statements (and/or credit card statements)– for the last three months (issued in British Pound, Polish Zloty, American Dollars or EUR);

– a certificate of medical travel insurance (valid for all countries across the EU and medical expenses for at least 30.000 EUR);

– proof of reserved return ticket to the UK or proof of onward travel (if not returning to the UK)

– a 3.5 x 4.5 cm colour photo; the photo must be: sharp, taken against white background and printed on a quality paper newer than 6 months;

– the applicant’s current passport issued within last ten years, valid for at least three months from the expected return date, with at least two blank pages for visas;

– a registered and printed visa application form;

– the applicant’s residence permit in the UK valid for at least one month from the visa expiry date. Please note, the applications from holders of UK tourist/visit visas (type C) will not be accepted; If the applicant’s UK immigration status is valid for longer than their BRP card, they are required to provide the Home Office letter and/or the printed proof of pre-settled/settled status with the photograph

 

The visa application fee is 75 GBP payable by card on the day of the appointment at our Office.

If the applicant would like to receive their passport by post, they need to provide a self-addressed, prepaid Special Delivery return envelope.

The processing time takes two weeks.
